Troubleshooting

A caregiver support group helps caregivers manage the stress and joys of being a caregiver through an ongoing virtual community. This group is for anyone who actively cares for or supports another person.

Caregiver-Connect

Caregiver Connect is different in that it presents its openings to qualified candidates before they actively pursue a new career. So, instead of facing hundreds of competitors, your potential candidate is just looking at you. And we get to his talents where they already are, so he’s always the center of attention.

 Troubleshooting Guide

If you’re having issues with your account, there’s a simple troubleshooting guide to help you resolve the issue. Let’s check now!

Step 1: Make sure you have a good internet connection. If there is a problem with the connection, try checking your router and restarting it before proceeding.

Step 2: Enter your AmazonSecure ID correctly. If you can see the password, use it when no one is around, because people can look over your shoulder and try to steal your passwords.

Step 3: Turn off the CAPS LOCK key.

Step 4: If the above steps don’t work for you, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Clear instructions are provided for both Chrome and Firefox (links provided).

Step 5: Remember to disable your virtual private network before doing anything else. Access to some websites may be restricted to specific countries or IP addresses, preventing users from streaming and downloading content that is not available in their region.

Step 6: If VPN is disabled and you still can’t connect, it could be because you forgot your password. We have to help here to recover the forgotten password.

Step 7: If you are still having issues after following all of the steps here, please contact us. The technical support team will be able to help you right away.
